What payment methods do you accept? 

We process all payments through “Shopify Payments” that includes (Visa,  MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, BanContact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, Shop Pay and Union Pay) 

How can I contact you? 

You can contact us by sending over an email to info@finetimes.net and one of the customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

Where are FineTimes pieces made? 

All FineTimes pieces are designed and made by hand in Bali Indonesia by a multitude of talented craftsmen and women across the island. 

Is it safe to order from your online store? 

Absolutely! We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. 

What if I want to cancel my order? 

We accept order cancellations if you notify us by email at info@finetimes.net on the same day the order is placed. Please use the subject line: "Same Day Cancellation" to ensure that your request is processed correctly.
